I loved today watching you cook. It made me very hungry. I was hoping to see the dragon race. I have a question. How hot do you make these dishes as in spicy. I can do spicy, but my sister can't stand it. I would have to make the dish plain. Then pour half the plain amount into the dish for my sister. I would seasoned the other dish with the spices.
