In Australia there are hoon laws that impound vehicles or crush vehicles depending on how dangerous the crime i mysrlf hate hoons and expect people to act responsible in a vehicle i dont agree that the old guy had any right to shoot but at the same time i feel his anger as these car hoons need to go to designated events to do that where its monitored safely snd legally, and residential streets aren't the place.
