  5.  @CyberiusT  I've lived in Melbourne all my life I think I know how to say my own frikkin city better than most Aussies. Americans usually say it as melb-born which is wrong It's like Cairns which is pronounced care-ns, some people say cans but thats wrong it's like bairnsdale some people pronounce it barns/dale which is wrong I guess it's how you were taught in school, I was brought up on the Oxford English dictionary and I dont accept any other dictionaries.
