  1.  @billganahl7151  Well to get his terms accepted, Drach would need to convince academics and non academic who write naval history books that this is a preferable system. Plus other naval history YouTubers like Historograph, Skynea History and another good American naval history channel whose name I forget. So he has a LOT of peers and near peers.
