  1. Agniveer are not soldiers. It is simply training program. Only 25% Agniveer will become soldiers in Army. Army will get best soldiers from this training program.

  2.  @rajivb9493  there is no guarantee of anything in life. Atleast govt is giving them cash and reservations in various places. This is the problem with you. You want everything guaranteed free without any hard work.

  3. Agniveer are not soldiers. Only 25% Agniveer will become soldiers, and at retirement they will get pension. The rest are just interns who will not be absorbed. They will get cash and experience certificate. It's like some graduate course, which makes you eligible for many jobs. One of which is Army.

  4. Agniveer are not soldiers. It is just a training course, like you do engineering 4-year course. 25% of trainees will get full-time job in Army, because only that much jobs are there in Army. Other 75% can find jobs anywhere else like police, territorial army, security firm etc.
