Only later, the rules were changed to plug the loop holes. And you can't prosecute anyone retrospectively. That's what SC said.

  8. ​ @chandu25abc20 Loans of BJP are spent on infrastructure. Not on freebies. How you use the loan matters. Infrastructure creates 3 times GDP for the amount of loan. Freebie does only 0.95 times. It's called multiplier. So, infra loans will be paid back. Freebie loans are not. Himachal, Punjab, Kerala are having financial crisis due to freebies. Karnataka is running out of money.

Why are children of rich people, and IAS officers, who already got once getting reservations again? Why are we having cases like Tina Dabhi, Puja Khedekar? The cutoff for ST category on PhD Mathematics was -4 . Can such a person be capable of doing PhD? Congress never talks of improving schools at state level, and improving learning outcomes, but simply fool by giving reservations to people who didn't get proper schooling. Root cause is not treated. Just put band-aid, while problem festers. Teacher absenteeism, cheating industry and grace marks were rampant under rule of so-called social justice parties like Samajwadi and RJD. Will these go away, by just doing reservations? No. It will just destroy whatever little bit is working.

  25. I think we can do delimitation without reducing seats in South. More seats in North is important for better governance. Problem with large seats is that too much diversity in each seat leads to votebank politics, and governance issues take a back seat. For eg: if there are 3 castes in a seat, then majority caste always wins. So, splitting will give voice to all castes.
