  1. I think we can do delimitation without reducing seats in South. More seats in North is important for better governance. Problem with large seats is that too much diversity in each seat leads to votebank politics, and governance issues take a back seat. For eg: if there are 3 castes in a seat, then majority caste always wins. So, splitting will give voice to all castes.
