The election system can surely be improved. But that doesn't mean it's vote-chori. Rahul Gandhi talks as if it is vote-chori only when BJP wins. Not when Congress wins. Then he is talking as if all people want to vote for him, but somehow ECI prevented that. He is simply a bad loser. He doesn't appeal to many, who remember bad policies and policy paralysis under Congress. And Congress has been opposing every reform, to undo the mess they have created in the last 77 years. Critical reforms are needed to remove middlemen from the system, and create growth for people, instead of govt simply trying to "save" people, keeping them at survival level, while politicians and their middlemen pocket everything else. Congress which benefits from entrenched middlemen, has vested interest in the status quo. Hence, they oppose reforms.
