  1. Only 3% are paying taxes to Central govt. And this is 2/3rd of all Central tax collection. Common man pays more taxes to state govt, and gets same back in freebies. The real problem is lack of development expenditure at state level. Only development increases income. Freebies just keep you at survival level. There are many wasteful freebie too. Like farm subsidies that are going to only rich farmers, who don't pay any taxes. That needs to stop.
