  1. Promote Aluminium-Air battery for EVs, and swapping of aluminium at existing petrol pumps, with recycling ecosystem. This will make EVs cheaper and lighter.

  2. We should use Aluminium-Air battery. They don't need recharge. They need to be swapped, which can be done at existing petrol pumps. Indian Oil has bought technology from Israel company.
