  2.  @Logic-lover788  Poor roads and dog problem are responsibility of municipality. And state govts are not encouraging development of more cities and causing migration into existing cities.

  3. @fazer79  Central already put them in lowest tax bracket, mostly tax-free. Gig workers pay maximum tax to their states.
