  1. All employees should be given mandatory stock options in their package, from day one. Because after the layoffs, stock value always goes up. Basically, employees build the company and the fruits are enjoyed by the board members. Secondly, engg college fees need to be capped. Because even after paying so much there is no guarantee that, you are employable. Or perhaps, there is no need of colleges. Just have online courses.
