  2. You say, if opposition stops cutting each other's votes, then Modi will be defeated. Sorry, Opposition can't help but cut each other. Because socialism is ultimately, a zero-sum game, where each one is trying to steal from the pie, than growing the pie. Modi is growing it. The voters will gravitate towards the better ideology. He is creating a unified Hindu constituency out of warring factions, that worry about the country as a whole, than being narrowly focused on individual selfishness.
