  1. Existing reservations itself not reaching the backward, because few castes are cornering all reservations. Instead of excluding creamy layer, they are doing diversion of jitni aabadi itna haq. Reservation was meant as a temporary way to uplift, but has become privilege of a few. New caste system created within quota. They don't want to talk about this. Hence, fooling people. Instead of increasing reservations, they should have improved schooling of backward communities. Which they have failed.
