  1. Relocate the encroachers to another place. If Railway wants to develop the land, then employ them, there. Instead of seeing them as Hindu-Muslim, I would like to see them as just another slum-dwellers. Regarding Muslims in particular, what we need is Uniform Civil Code. Let's not raise passions on this.
