That mullah doesn't have any idea of concept of impersonal reality called Brahman, which is above the concept of personal deity which are called Ishwara. He believes in an Arabian creator deity, and believes in superiority of that Arabian god. You can't compare any deity with the impersonal Brahman. He believes that Arabian god will send him to hell-fire, if he doesn't do Namaz 35 times a week. Is any Hindu god, saying that? No. This story of the mullah is standard Daawah story of fundamentalist Muslims.
