  1. WPI doesn't give good idea of food and fuel inflation. Food and fuel comes under CPI, where it is 50% weightage, which is decreasing and below 6%, which is the safe band of RBI. WPI reflects industrial raw materials, manufactured goods and crude oil, and percentages are distributed. So, Raghav Chadda was misleading by talking about WPI, for food and fuel.

  2. Nirmala Sitharaman was misquoted on the onion comment. She was replying to a private question by Congress MP. Congress clipped that reply and spread propaganda.
