  2. ​ @Ranger-ftw865 BJP has some scheme called "drone lakhpati didis" for Dalit women. So, they are making progress. What forward caste, don't like, creamy layer taking benefits. Eg: if your classmate is richer than you, then govt gives him special benefits, that's what we oppose.
