  1. As long as caste is the basis of politics, nothing will change in Bihar. RJD has M-Y combination. And got a few other castes like Bhumihar to join. Socialism sells in a backward state with so much joblessness. Nitish did not deliver on development part. And he perhaps did not, due to political insecurity. BJP could have been sensitive to his concerns. Now, BJP should woo Yadav votes through development initiatives. Bihar probably needs a few IIMs and AIIMS, by the centre, to attend to that.
