  2. Actually, we should have an Agniveer type of scheme for sarkari babus. In other words, more voluntary retirement. Then, we will save money for hiring people in places, that we actually need. States like Kerala need to actually cut govt jobs, because salary/pension burden is ravaging finances. And inflation in general needs to be reduced, by reforming agriculture supply-chain issues and more indigenous manufacturing, instead of spending on freebies. Lazy freebies, increase the money supply, thereby increasing inflation. By lowering inflation through reforms, the salary expectation of sarkari babus will reduce, and more money will be saved for new effective hires.
