  1. Govt should atleast stop RICE procurement in Punjab. If not wheat. Rice growing leads to stubble burning and pollution in North India. And water/electricity wastage too. Atleast the rice can be replaced with pulses.

  2. Govt should export the FCI stocks, and pay off FCI debt. And then pass off this gains, by reducing petrol taxes, and use borrowing of freed up debt money.

  5.  @srinisbir8781  That's right. Kejriwal/Mann are doing politics. But procurement comes under Centre, and they need to change the policy first, and do the job of creating awareness and convincing farmers. Kejriwal/Mann can be countered by logical arguments.
