This could be a reaction to China's belligerence. Japan imvested in China for decades, and helped China's economy. What did Japan get in return? Abuses and threats of invasion? They are being practical, and preparing their society accordingly.

@Stallion_1044 Yeah, remove reservations and improve education in India, then there will be no need. And Christians are first to apply for US Green card.

@deanzaZZR Economic cooperation benefits both countries. So, why be belligerent? Japan has been pacifist after WW2. Their Constitution itself restricted them from having an offensive military. But China doesn't respect that. Chinese hypernationalism is leading to incursions in Senkaku islands, and they support North Korea, which fires missiles crossing Japan. China needs to change.
