  1. Delhi was always a tax surplus state. So, in a few years under AAP, they have run out of money? That shows failure of subsidising electricity. Instead of subsidising the electricity, they should have given direct transfer to only the poor people. And who is poor, can be found out by income tax return. Everyone should file income tax return.

  3. ​ @sagarpaul7934  Adani, Ambani have not defaulted on any loans. So, no question of waiveoff. And corporates don't get waiveoff. They get writeoff. In writeoff, there is recovery through IBC.
