@avinashm2255 Because they are not candidates. Earlier, you were complaining, Modi's face is everywhere. Now, you are complaining, there face is not there. Make up your mind. They changed strategy. Maybe, they are focusing on the local candidates.

@avinashm2255 Well, no one expects Modi to be permanent campaigner. He can still bring votes, if he campaigns. But BJP itself might be looking at his succession, as he is growing old. That doesn't mean Modi is losing popularity. The results will indicate, how much BJP can hold without Modi. Not doing badly, without added Modi benefits, will mean that changed strategy has succeeded.

@avinashm2255 Everything is not about Modi BJP will not lose Bihar. They just got a big bonanza in the budget. BJP's allies are enough for bashing RJD. Delhi will be tight. Kejriwal is not some superhero, to win forever. People are fed up of powercuts and tanker mafia, caused by freebies. And BJP always wins Lok Sabha in Delhi. Maharashtra will not be a loss in vote share. But Shiv Sena will be affected. Main issue in Maharashtra, is distress of rural Marathas. But that is a problem caused by too much sugarcane cultivation which has distorted the economy of the state. Reservations are not going to materialize because adding Marathas to OBC will make other castes unhappy.

@avinashm2255 In Varanasi, Modi maintained the number of votes. Victory margin is misleading, because it just means consolidation of opposition votes. Haryana again, non-Jat votes will go to BJP. Jat are feeling left out. So, consolidating with Congress. And again there is stagnating agriculture, affecting Jats. For which, we need reforms, which Jat only have opposed. And there is nothing Congress can do differently. Freebies will bankrupt like Himachal. J&K is Muslim majority. Hindu votes solidly with BJP.
