  2. Guptaji, also highlight the fact that, the tax-paying citizen pays MSP twice. Once, in tax and again as part of MRP. So, if MSP is made law, mandi must be abolished to save the tax part being wasted. Everyone worrying about farmers. What about taxpayer?
