  4. Maharashtra esp Vidarbha mein sugarcane ka drama ho raha hai. Tax ke paise se sugarcane ko high price diya jaata hai. Aur sugarcane saara water le jaata hai. Isse Maharashtra mein drought hai. Baaki chote kisaan, jo dusre crops ugaate hain, unko paani nhi milta aur procurement nhi milta.
