  1. People have a gambling mentality. In fact, when Madhabi Buch said that a bubble is forming in small caps, many people interpreted that as an investment advice to short the small cap stocks. Not as a warning to not gamble away.

  2. I think SEBI should introduce a small exam or training course to be passed, before allowing trading accounts to be opened. Through this exam, they can be educated about good and bad. Much like sex education.
