  4.  @BharatThatIsIndia  So, are mine. It's just coincidence that, that they are often aligned with BJP. I don't automatically assume a political party is causing anything. I used to be a supporter of Manmohan Singh once upon a time, until hard leftists and dynasts hijacked the Congress. And back then, I hated BJP for opposing FDI and nuclear deal. Until Congress starts supporting economic reforms and supports Uniform Civil Code, I have no reason to switch. I strongly believe that identity politics will subside, when economy booms. But political parties use identity politics as a backup, all the time.

  7. Na. Christianity and Judaism are still better. These folks support internal diversity of thought. Islam is intolerant to even internal diversity of thought. Look at Shias being killed by Sunni, in various countries. Christians atleast had the enlightenment era, and Protestants and Catholics don't fight. Jews have a big number of atheist and secular Jews.
