  1. The only solution is, that our opposition becomes right-wing too, and provide a right-wing alternative to BJP. Our opposition has lost political capital, by opposing everything that govt did, and it has no political capital left, when needed. Chief destroyer of political capital is Rahul Gandhi. Our opposition needs a fresh thought process. There are areas, where it should support. Like economic reforms. Implement same in opposition ruled states. And then by narrowing the difference with the BJP, they should take on matters like this. In the US, both the parties are quite right-wing compared to world standards. And therefore, they have the space to argue on how democratic the country is or not.
