  1. So, Haryana will chose Congress, and learn the hard way, by becoming bankrupt like Himachal? Honestly, if people only vote for their caste, then problems are never going to be solved. Exactly, what ideas does Congress have to fix unemployment problem in Haryana? At this point, not doing any bad policies is the only good policy, since issues are not going to be fixed overnight.
