  1. Dear SG, it was right of Indians to back Soviets in the first Afghan war, and the Americans in the second. Because in both cases, Pakistan was the other side. In the Ukraine war, I agree we should not back Russia, but overtly supporting the West isn't right either. This Ukraine war is West's karma for supporting Pakistan in Bangladesh war. Neutrality is the best we could give. And this geopolitical sweet spot, we are in, is the fruits of our karma of not troubling others. We Indians, will always do the karma towards our nation, with our heads down. Our task is cut out for us.
