  1. The govt is missing Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj and Manohar Parrikar. These people were excellent strategists and could get work done efficiently. Fresh blood are needed as you said.

  2. States are only for criticising, right? When have the states ever stepped up? They cry about federalism, but when given the power to do anything, they just drop the ball and play victim.
