  2. @Pritam-o9t  Howsoever, the AFSPA might have come about, it doesn't change the reason, it was applied in Manipur. Meiteis, Nagas and Kukis have been fighting for millennia. And reservations and land-buying restrictions were a tinderbox that readily caught fire, due to a High Court verdict.
