First of all, please increase the eligibility cutoff for NEET. Cutoffs are so low at 50% in boards for general and even less for quota. How will such students become good doctors? And state boards too, have problem of grace marks and easy papers leading to marks inflation. Eligibility to sit in the exam, should be based on percentile cutoff in each board across the country, to make sure only the best are allowed to sit in the exams. This will reduce the cheating problem by reducing bad quality candidates, who are more likely to cheat. Second, please try to get back foreign educated doctors. If they have studied from poor quality colleges, then don't allow them to go their in the first place. Blacklist certain foreign colleges, as not eligible to practice on return. Fixing these will improve quality of doctors in the country. And fundamentally school education quality has to improve across the country.
