  1. The university centric education system is the problem. Instead we should have professor centric education system. Let every professor, operate independently, and set his/her own cutoff from the common entrance exam, and collect his own fees. Then students anywhere should be able to study spaces, where they attend lectures online on pre-installed computers. And professors should tie up, with industries to place their students. The linkage between industry, professors and students is broken.
