  3. We need to stop general coaches. And it is apalling that all new trains have to be announced at NDLS only. Can't trains be announced in say Hazrat Nizamuddin or Ghaziabad or Faridabad etc? Can't we develop those railway stations too? And bus service should be improved too. What's the point of building highways, then ?

  4.  @AmalTan  Other countries are not as big as India. My idea was to lessen the load on 1 Central minister by having many State level rail ministers. Standardization can be enforced even then.

  5.  @siddharthgoyal4008  Not whole railway. Just part of it. Like we have state highways and national highways. We can have state railways and national railways.

  6. Correct. Not only that. They can hand different sections of the railways to state govts. Just like we have separate state highways and national highways.
