  1. What about fiscal responsibility of the states. AAP promises free electricity, at a time when Punjab faces powercuts. Punjab electricity board is in debt due to free electricity to our anna-data. State debt is at 45% of state GDP. AAP's policies are impractical, and take us back to pre-1991 madness, that caused our balance of payment crisis.

  2. Forget profit. They are in loss and fiscally irresponsible. They promised free electricity, when the state is reeling under powercut, and discoms are in debt due to non-payment of dues.

  3.  @lemons20  Delhi is a special case, that can't be replicated everywhere. Delhi doesn't have police expenses, and GST collections are high due to richer population.

  4. AAP maybe a change, but their policies of free everything, is dangerous for fiscal health of any state. The challenge only begins now. Will they correct the problem of free electricity, and non-payment of discom dues, and heavy debt of Punjab? For that they need to change themselves drastically. Otherwise, country will be doomed.
