  1. Why would the army waste their bullets on anybody without reason? Proper investigation should be done before blaming army. What if laborers were deliberately put in front by terrorists. There are no standards for what terrorists do as kill just anybody, but you are too harsh on army.

  2.  @samyeharshel  You are conveniently ignoring Sikh militancy, where Hindus were forcefully dragged from buses and shot by Khalistanis. And ultimately, a sensible Sikh called KPS Gill went after the Khalistanis.
