  1. Crooked timber is better than hollow timber of Congress. Crooked timber has strength, and can be straightened. But hollow timber will break at first sign of stress. Inequality actually increased under UPA, because of high inflation, caused by sole focus on revenue expenditure. Whereas, BJP's focus on capital expenditure, has made sure that our economy is in good position to capitalize this sweet spot in the current geopolitical situation.
