  1. We can atleast bring education and healthcare to the poorest districts, by using telemedicine and tele-education. We already have Jio 4G everywhere. A basic tablet, with 4G, can be distributed to everyone. Try to make that in India, and create jobs. Regarding cooking fuel, we have so much cows roaming around. We should collect them, and use their cowdung to produce biogas. Now, nutrition is obviously related to growing of pulses, in the country.
