  1. We need continuous 12% growth rate for achieving 5 trillion. PLI schemes have to really take off. EV transition has to be completed with technologies that don't require imports. Lithium based technology will again lead to imports. We should use, sodium, aluminium and iron based batteries. Ethanol, biogas and wind have to really kickoff.
