  1. Modi govt should find ways to reduce petrol taxes for remaining part of the year. Like handover MSP to states, and reduce expenditure, and pass on the benefits.

  2. All subsidies should be replaced with Direct Benefit transfers. That way, all the debt will consolidate with State govt, and show greater transparency.
