  4. Gas connection aur gas mein farak hota hai. Connection free hai, par gas ke paise dene padte hain. Uspe subsidy direct account mein aata hai. This is better than making it free. Kejriwal should not make electricity free, but give money to buy electricity. That way, discom doesn't face debt, and debt is transparently shown on govt account.
