  2. Caste structure is already gone. It was dismantled long ago. What is needed in India is, economic freedom. People of all castes got political freedom, in 1947, already. In 1991, industry and service sector was partially liberalized. But agriculture and manufacturing are still beholden to socialist laws that need to go away. Caste is not the problem. Socialist hangover is.
