  1. Not overnight. But a transition time between old and new can be provided. But it's not one man decision. All reforms are experr recommendations that historically politicians shied away from taking tough decisions on. Modi has a tendency of taking one tough decision after another. UPA-1 was good. They took tough decisions. But UPA-2 was waste with idiot like Rahul Gandhi showing more influence.
