  2. America has a wasteful agriculture of corn based ethanol. They use more energy for growing corn, than the energy which ethanol produces. US should grow more wheat instead. India should grow less wheat. And grow more pulses and oilseeds. Build more nuclear power plants, and all heating and cooking should be made electric, instead of gas. Electric heating is 70-85% efficient, whereas gas stove is less than 50%. Whatever gas we have, can be used for making electricity in 60% efficient gas turbine plants, instead of using gas for cooking.
