Please shift rice and sugarcane cultivation from Punjab/Vidarbha to Bihar. Bihar is ideal for these crops due to water availability due to flooding. Punjab and Vidarbha are depleting water table and wasting electricity to pump water. Punjab and Vidarbha are facing debt, and Bihar doesn't get good market price for local rice and sugarcane. Sugarcane is also good for flood control. So, by doing the shifting, Punjab and Vidarbha will reduce debt and Bihar will get earn more. Win-win for all.

@dhanushgowda4061 Nitish Kumar is an engineering graduate. And Bihar actually grew fastest under him, after Laloo looted Bihar. The problem is RJD's mafia raj. Actually, the social justice that many talk about, was implemented by Laloo, and that led to gundaraaj or mafia raj. People of 2 community Yadav and Muslim, always vote for same party, and god knows, what benefit they ever got.

 @dhanushgowda4061 Not against ethanol or the crops. But the current policy is imbalanced. We can avoid the misery, while having the benefits. And Biharis should ask for this change.
