That would be hard, I guess. But we can ask them to sell nuclear weapons to India? Open up Hindu pilgrimages. Allow protected Hindu settlements, especially, of people who had to migrate during Partition, and allow them to do business safely. IMF can ask Pakistan, to reduce powers of Army, improve democracy and make peace with India.
