Solve the fundamental problems of land and reservations. Expansionist culture and jhum cultivation of Kukis, and the inflitration of their Chin cousins from Myanmar, should be talked about. NRC should be implemented in Myanmar. Don't give ST status to Meitei, but atleast give land buying rights to them, as they are 54% living on less than 10% land.

  2. That Meitei should live on less than 10% land, and Kukis can invite Chins from Myanmar to settle with them, and do destructive jhum cultivation, setting up new villages, by expelling younger sons from each village to setup new villages.
