Rahul Gandhi reminds me of Charles Wood who gave a report to Dalhousie, that: a bookshelf of European literature is more than the entire corpus of Indian literature. He seems to believe that, there was nothing worthwhile in India, before the Congress was formed.

@mayurakshidey7787 And Congress in its initial days, was an umbrella group, that included Hindu right also. Eg: Madan Mohan Malviya and Hegdewar were once part of Congress.
